Richboynton Technical Park

Richboynton Industrial Park is a 12 acre campus consisting of 8 buildings with approximately 275,000 square feet of warehouse, manufacturing and food processing space. Conveniently located 1 mile from Route exit 34B off of Route 80 in Dover.

Richboyton Industrial Park was the original site where the Richardson and Boynton Stove Works manufactured the popular ‘Perfect Stove’ and home heating boilers starting in the 1800’s up until the 1940’s.
